1.Starred disbursements are GST-exempt and set by Land Titles or the City of Edmonton. All other disbursements may be subject to GST.
2.Complications may incur additional hourly billing, including: RPR defects, breach of contract, extra contractual terms, additional lender conditions or debt payouts, Power of Attorney preparation, military transactions per DND guidelines, or issues from title insurance or condominium documentation.
3.Files with non-retail lenders include an additional $250.00 fee.
4.Zoom appointments may add up to $500.00.
5.Holdbacks: $150–$250 each as required.
